Ingredients

  • 1 loafSourdough French Breadcubed
  • 1/2 cupButtermelted
  • 1/2 cupRomano Cheesegrated
  • 2 tblspnsOregano
  • 2 tblspnsGarlic Powder
  • 1 tblspnBasil Leaves
  • 1 tspnSalt
  • 1 tspnPepperfreshly ground

Instructions

Toss bread cubes and butter, then toss with cheeses and herbs until well mixed. Spread on ungreased jelly-roll pan. Bake at 250 degrees until crisp and golden brown. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool; store in airtight container. Keeps well 1 month. Yield 1 quart.
