Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupOlive oil
  • 1/4 cupRice vinegar
  • 2 TblHoney
  • 1/4 cupSoy sauce
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tspSesame oil
  • 1 TblGingerMinced
  • 1 tspGarlicMinced
  • 1/2 tspPepper

Instructions

Whisk oil, rice vinegar, honey and soy sauce together. Once combined, add lemon juice, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and pepper. Whisk well and serve. Store in the refrigerator. You can substitute dried ginger and garlic, but use half of much.
