Instructions
Place garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil and 1/4 cup reserved bean liquid in food processor and pulse until garlic is finely chopped. Add tahini and process again. Add chickpeas and puree. Add small increments of olive oil and bean liquid, a tablespoon at a time, until hummus reaches the consistency you like. Taste and add salt and more lemon juice, tahini or olive oil if needed.
