Mexican Coffee

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupDark Roast Coffeeground (reg or decaf)
  • 2 tsp.Cinnamonground
  • 6 cupsWater
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1/3 cupChocolate Syrup
  • 2 tbspnVanilla Extractpure
  • Whipped Cream
  • Cinnamonadditional ground

Instructions

1. Place coffee and cinnamon in filter basket of coffeemaker. Add water to coffeemaker and brew as directed. 2. In a saucepan, blend milk, chocolate syrup and sugar. Stir over low heat, until sugar dissolves. 3. Combine milk mixture and brewed coffee; stir in vanilla. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon. Makes 6 cups.
