Jalapeño Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tspnoil
  • 20jalapeñossliced
  • 3 clovesgarlicminced
  • 1/2 cuponionminced
  • 3/4 tspnsalt
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 cupvinegar

Instructions

In medium sauce pan combine oil, peppers, garlic, onion and salt. Saute 4 minutes. Add water, cook 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Transfer to food processor or blender. Process slowly adding vinegar. Put in sterilized jar.
