Mas Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsSoy Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cupsLight Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cupMirinsweet rice wine
  • 1/2 cupSakefor salmon triple the sake
  • 2 -3Garlicfresh cloves
  • 2 inchesGingerpeeled, sliced fresh
  • 1-2Green Onionschopped

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and corn syrup. Place mirin, sake, garlic cloves, ginger and green onions in blender jar and blend until pureed. Whisk puree with soy sauce and corn syrup mixture. Use immediately or keep refrigerated. Use to marinate strips of chicken breast or thinly sliced sirloin steak.
