Pea Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cupsPeasSplit
- 8 cupsWater
- 2 stalksCeleryChopped
- 2CarrotsChopped
- 1OnionChopped
- 1 1/2 cupsHamDiced, Cooked
- 1/4 tspThyme
- 1/4 tspMarjoramGround
- 1/4 tspTarragon
- 1Bay Leaf
- 1 dashCayenne
- 1/4 tspCelery Salt
Instructions
Rinse peas in a strainer to wash. Mix all ingredients. Cover and cook slowly for about two hours or until soup thickens. Be sure to stir occasionally.
