Ingredients

  • 1 pkgFrench-Cut Strng Beans(10 oz.) frozen
  • 2 tblspnsOnionminced
  • 1/2 lb.Mushroomssliced, fresh
  • 4 tblspnsAlmondsslivered
  • 1 tblspnOlive Oil
  • 2Red Pimentoscut into strips
  • 1 tblspnParsleychopped
  • 1 tblspnButter
  • Salt And Pepperto taste

Instructions

Cook beans according to directions on package; drain well. Saute onions, mushrooms and almonds in hot oil. Add drained beans, pimentos, parsley and butter. Heat for a few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste before serving. Serves 4.
