Balsamic-Rosemary Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbspndijon mustard
  • 1 smallgarlic clove
  • 1 tbspnrosemary leavesfresh or 1/4 tspn dried
  • 2 tbspnwater
  • 1/2 tspnsaltcoarse
  • 1/4 tspnpepperground
  • 1/2 cupolive oilextra-virgin

Instructions

In a blender combine all ingredients except olive oil. Blend until smooth. With machine running, add 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil in a thin stream; blend until creamy. To store, refigerate, up to 2 weeks. Makes 3/4 cup.
