Mexican Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 1 cupWhole Milk
  • 1 cupCoffeestrong
  • 2 tspCinnamon
  • 2 tspVanilla
  • 1/3 cupChocolate Syrup
  • 2 cupsHeavy Cream

Instructions

In a bowl mix the sugar, milk, and coffee until the sugar is disolved. Add the cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate syrup, and heavy cream. Refrigerate for about a half hour. Then pour into the ice cream maker for 25 to 30 minutes.
