Prepare pie crust according to package directions for two-crust pie using 9 inch pie pan. Heat oven to 425°. In large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, corn starch, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and lemon juice; mix lightly. Spoon into pie crust-lined pan. Place second crust over filling; fold edge of top crust under bottom crust. Flute edge; cut slits in several places. Bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
