  • Turkey Or Ham3/4 to 1 -inch thick slices

Instructions

In saucepan, stir together apricot preserves, stem ginger, mustard and chili sauce. Serve hot over grilled or cooked chicken breasts or slices of cooked chicken, turkey or ham. The glace can also be mixed with cream cheese and served with raw vegetables or crackers for an appetizer, or to accompany fish.
